ya i heard about that yesterday.... hes on like 5 years probation and owes the lady like 100 grand

he looks scary. but its bad. what did he do? and, i was just wondering, what happened to ur fanfic?

He killed someone because of his use of drugs. He is sentenced, 5 yr probation, owes the woman $100,000, and has to attend rehab for a couple years. It was pretty bad.
Did you ever get to meet him? he's such a sweetie, but he smelled like cigarettes and alchohol and stuff =(
I knew the drug use was bad but I didn't think he'd actually KILL SOMEONE!

IDK! I'm srry for keeping EVERYONE waiting but my parents and I are prob. gonna move to North Carolina! =( I've been pretty busy and I FEEL REALLY gulity to leave everyone waiting! PLEASE FORGIVE ME! =)

I never got to meet him =( I haven't been to any of their concerts cuz it was until resently when I started liking them. I found out abt them in like July and yeah!

I have NO freaking clue! lol all I hread was that he was "high" or something and he did that on accident! I don't think that he could actually kill someone!

ME too,i don't think so but is he in jail right now or?if he is then how the rest of the band gonna perform for the concert on march 29?

Idk...I think they have to let him preform and stuff...cuz hes in like a big band and everyone already has tickets and stuff....so hopefully all the people get to see him and the rest of Escpe The Fate!

I really loved the band. It will be nothing with out him!
